By default, any site visitor can leave comments on your site. If you'd prefer, you can change the comment settings for Journal, Guestbook, and Discussion pages.
Step 1 - Configure Page
Click the cubes icon in the upper right of your screen to switch to Structure Editing Mode, and click the configure button for the journal page.
You can also configure your page by clicking the Website Management link, and accessing Architecture under the Structure section.

Step 2 - Change Settings
On the Journal page, scroll down to Commenting / Permission Options and use the drop-down menu to select your preference.
On the Discussion and Guestbook pages, scroll down to Discussion Options and use the drop-down menu to select your preference.
Be sure to Save Page Configuration to apply your changes.
