This guide will show you how to change your password, or how reset it if you can't log in.
Changing your password
If you know your password and want change it to a new one, log in to your account and click Member Profile in the admin bar at the top of your screen.
In the Member Profile area, click Change Password (Secure).
Enter your current password in the field and click Proceed.
In the Account Information section, fill in the old password and new password fields. Then click Save Changes.
Resetting a forgotten password
If you've forgotten your password:
- On the login screen, click I Forgot My Password.
- Enter the email address associated with your account and click Reset Password.
- Check your inbox for an email from email@example.com. The password recovery link only works for one hour after it's requested. If the link expires, re-submit your password reset request.

"Account not available" error message
If you're seeing a holding page that indicates your site isn't available, your account has been deactivated.
